Last year after I lost the twins and felt the lowest of the lows I had ever felt, I came across this project called The Angel Card Project.
Volunteers send out cards to strangers who need some extra love and support over the holidays. I just love this idea.
Spread joy, spread cheer, spread love: however and whenever you can.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!
I am a writer, and wife to my amazing husband Nicholas. I am a Mom to twin boys: William Matthew and Harrison Michael, who were born premature on August 1, 2015 and departed our world for heaven 3 hours after birth.
I write to help other Mamas who have felt the deep pain that is only understandable to those who have been through it. I write to heal my broken heart.
I am a technical writer and also offer copyediting, proofreading, and document organization for fiction and nonfiction works.
I have over 17 years of experience in publishing, magazine writing, blogging, and newspaper reporting.
I have experience in APA, Chicago, and MLA Styles as well as a BA in English with a concentration in nonfiction writing and rhetoric. I am a big fan of the Oxford Comma, and will spend hours making a document look perfect. In addition to my education and background, I have completed several additional advanced copyediting courses.
Besides writing, I love to cook, read, garden, and decorate the new home my husband and I bought in 2014. I have a huge collection of cookbooks (100+) and love to create new recipes in my free time.
I am a major Pinterest addict, and will spend hours decorating cookies, doing crafts, organizing, and nesting.
I love my sweet niece Olivia and my nephew Hudson with all of my heart. I love being a godmother and will do anything for them!
We brought our golden retriever pup Barley home in March 2017, and he is a gorgeous, spoiled boy who can be quite an adorable rascal.
Looking forward to connecting and hearing from my readers!
